CPU COZYME-PR 2 has been designed for the improvement of alcohol yield and control of
the process demerits to increase the overall process efficiency. It is a blend of
selected enzymes to control the intermediate volatile acidity production in the batch
and continuous fermentation process by using CPU water. It imparts in the total process
efficiency and alcohol yield.
The product is a synergistic blend of Nano biocides, Nutrients for the yeast, and a Cod
scavenging catalyst. to the presence of Nano biocide, the product inhibits the growth of
volatile acid-forming bacteria namely Lactobacillus there by the VA is kept under
control. The bacteriostatic agent keeps the atmosphere sanitized continuously despite
