EDTA CHELATED Ca/Cu/Mn
EDTA CHELATED Ca/Cu/Mn FUNCTION
Manganese is used in plants as a major contributor to various biological systems
including photosynthesis, respiration, and nitrogen assimilation. Manganese is also
involved in pollen germination, pollen tube growth, root cell elongation, and
resistance to root pathogens.
DEFICIENCY OF EDTA CHELATED Ca/Cu/Mn
Manganese deficiency symptoms, which often look like those of iron deficiency,
appear as interveinal chlorosis (yellow leaves with green veins) on the young
leaves, and sometimes tan, sunken spots that appear in the chlorotic areas between
the veins. Plant growth may also be reduced and stunted.
Manganese deficiency can occur when the pH of the growing medium exceeds 6.5 because
it is tied up and unavailable for uptake. Deficiency can also occur from low
fertilizer application rates, use of general-purpose fertilizers (which typically
have reduced micronutrient contents), excessive leaching, or applying too many iron
chelate drenches.
EDTA CHELATED Ca/Cu/Mn USAGE
Prions EDTA Ca is a stable water soluble metal Chelated, mainly used in agriculture
and horticulture as a micronutrient, to prevent and correct copper deficiencies.
Accommodates cell metabolism. Improve the plant's ability to resist disease and
drought.
ROLE OF PRIONS EDTA CHELATED CALCIUM IN PLANT GROWTH
It is required for continuous cell division & formation | It is involved in Nitrogen
Metabolism | Increases the fruit yield | Essential for nut development in peanuts |
It helps stimulate microbial activity | It helps translocation of photosynthesis
from leaves to fruiting organs.
PRIONS EDTA CHELATE MN 12%
Prions EDTA chelated Manganese (Mn-12%) is an important plant micronutrient and is
required by plants in the second greatest quantity compared to iron. Like any other
element, it can have a limiting factor on plant growth if it is deficient or toxic
in plant tissue. It is similar to iron in many ways, and manganese deficiency or
toxicity is often mistaken for iron deficiency or toxicity.
TECHNICAL CONTENT
Copper cheated with EDTA (12.0%)
BENEFITS
- Prions EDTA chelated Cu contains copper in chelated form (Cu- 12 %). The
chelated form of copper makes it easily available to the plant when
applied as foliar spray | Prions EDTA chelated Cu is in powder form &
completely soluble in water
- Copper present in Prions EDTA chelated Cu helps in the enzymatic
activities of various biochemical reactions of plant systems
- Recommended to supply or correct copper deficiency in plants. Prions
EDTA chelated Cu also controls many of the fungal diseases when sprayed
